With business objectives and your users in mind we work with you to create seamless, useful and enjoyable experiences that are there to meet a specific goal, whether internal or external to your business. This may come in the form of user or team onboarding, website experiences, front-end ecommerce onto marketing campaigns, smooth back-end management, workflows and more. We start from a ten-thousand foot view before mapping out the journey from start to end and then working on the details improving every touchpoint.

This is ideal for growing businesses and/or businesses that know they are frustrated with their systems and workflows and still doing a lot of manual work, want to spend more time in more important areas but are bogged down but running daily business, experiencing bottlenecks, need to leverage from their years of work, have focussed on key business issues and now need to really improve a process or are feeling a decrease in customer engagement, loyalty & competitive edge. Our clients for this service vary greatly in size but we find this service works best with companies that have 10 - 5,000 employees.

  • Process improvement
  • User experience design
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Empathy mapping & matrixes
  • Design systems thinking
  • Prototyping & testing
  • Workflows & lifecycles
  • Customer touchpoint audit
  • Current state analysis
Business processes & workflow design start at $5k. Experience mapping & customer development starts at $7k. As these services are quite variable, please reach out to chat. We'll get to know your position & business better and provide you with more information.

Whether it's a new custom website design or an extensive program with a comprehensive back-end, we focus on the processes and design elements of each state within the system. With the objectives in mind, we strategize & research, visually layout the structure & architecture, undertake customer development and overlay the systems and integrations where appropriate. We then build on this by creating the customer journey flows and sketching interfaces, designing out the varying pages, scenarios and user actions, workflow architecture and user testing.

This is ideal for growing startups, small or medium sized businesses that have been in existence for at least a year (or have extensive business experience and are launching a new service or product). If you have big goals and know you need a comprehensive analysis of your current state, want to create more engagement & loyalty with customers, increase profitability and potentially scale up for new services, products or growth, this is for you.

  • Planning and analysis
  • Customer development
  • Journey mapping
  • User workflows
  • Prototyping & testing
  • UX & UI design
  • Development (if required) & QA
Work starts at $10k and varies depending on your website, product or system. Extensive website design packages generally fall into the $15k – $30k bracket. We charge a flat fee depending on your project requirements so there are no surprises.

One of the projects we find ourselves often working on with clients is in the creation of online courses, training programs, intranets or learning management systems. Some of these are rolled out to the public, others are used as a training tool across professional service firms and others are programs for launching new internal staff training. We've been behind the scenes of multi-million dollar launches and know what it takes to design & sell the content you’ve developed.

  • Structure & training architecture
  • Content management & structure
  • Website or application design
  • Course/training materials design
  • Extensive marketing collateral
  • Go-live ready
Course and training design ranges $20k – $40k. We charge a flat fee and will quote this up accurately for you if we're a good fit. We'd love to hear about your program and requirements. Please email hello @ identitydivision.co or use the form.

A digital audit will deliver you an easy to digest, detailed PDF report on your website or mobile application, software or eCommerce website. We'll talk with you about your current state & goals, discuss the key pages/areas and processes that need examining (about 5 - 7 major components are included) and conduct our comprehensive audit within 2 weeks. At completion you'll be able to ask any questions or clarifications and we'll check back in with you too. You can use the report to present to any managers or stakeholders as required or simply use it as the guide to work on yourself or with your team for making the improvements (it includes a checklist).

This is for you if you're experiencing one or a combination of these issues: still doing a lot of manual work with users & clients, a high level of abandoned carts, consistently receiving similar support requests, user engagement drop off after signup, customer complaints about a set of issues, high exit rate on key areas, your team feels confused, unmotivated or fatigued with the product, low conversion numbers (account upgrades for example), a cluttered design or lack of consistency that's come from growing over time - it just doesn't feel how it should or a high churn rate. There is something going on and you need it clearly pointed out and feasible solutions provided. This is also for people who have a consistent revenue stream - your application or service is doing well - but you absolutely know you should be able to do better.

  • Value proposition, market fit & strategy
  • Detailed tear-down of your website, application or software
  • What's great, what's nearly there & easy fixes
  • Critical issues & solutions
  • Optimization ideas & opportunities
  • Potential new revenue streams & leveraging
  • Marketing improvements & strategies
  • Customer journey & process suggestions
  • Design recommendations & examples
  • All other notes that we pick up during the process
Digital audits are $1,500 and will save & make you a whole lot of money in way of missed revenue & opportunities and costly expenses or mistakes that could have been avoided.

The tea is warming up and the cookies (of the choc-chip kind) are waiting.

Take a look at our work and options for document design (pitch decks, product catalogues, service guides, media kits, eBooks and more), social media strategy, systems & design, logo development, and packaging design.

Speaking and Workshops

We love meeting people face-to-face in workshops (with plenty of tea). Workshops are either held by Lis and one of the design or projects team or alongside a number of our extended team for specific expertise.

We primarily focus on running workshops for experience design, design thinking, customer journeys, systems & processes, product design & development, and brand strategy. All workshops are tailored to your business, audience, members or city. If you’d like to arrange a workshop at your company, please contact us and we’ll organize an interactive event with practical application.

All workshops can be organized by us (including venue, refreshments etc), held at your place of business or venue, or arranged in collaboration with you.

Looking for a speaker at your event? Lis does a select number of these per year and would love to hear about what you’re running and what we could potentially do for your audience. We love creating actionable takeaways and ensuring everybody feels not just inspired but smarter and clear on what to move forward with next.

Lis also loves Q&A panels and finds the questions posed to be insightful and interesting. Inevitably she tends to be asked about her lifestyle having travelled extensively throughout the world, setting up a few projects and running this shindig. Like most things in life she’s quite relaxed on this but tries to live more simply, consume consciously, spend time in the wild, and believes in fueling your body with the good stuff...and Leonard Cohen.

She runs this business (Identity Division), Nowhere & Everywhere and Skwoodle, along with heavy involvement in a number of other key projects.

To book a workshop or speaking event in your city, or within your company, please email us at hello (at) identitydivision.co and Emily or Lis will be in touch shortly.

This work always take a team. We call in our beloved copywriters, photographers, videographers, consultants & specialists for projects wherever required. We love working with them on every project we do and their skills are broad and detailed. Also they're really clever and funny. Double also, they're not the flashing people above - we couldn't manage to round up everyone across the world to take the same style of photo on something more than a smart phone with a smudgy lens. We're working on it (they tell us they're busy working on the projects)!

If your project needs any of these or more (we have a lot of people on tap from illustrators to bias advisors, environmentalists, server techs and crypto experts) we would love to work with you to craft the best team for you. During our project we'll also alert you if we feel you would really benefit from one of our extended team members so the options is always there. Whether it's conversion copywriting with a side of A/B split testing, or brand tone and humor infused copy, we know the difference and they're part of our fold. We can't wait for you to meet them.
